It says my uploaded documents are illegible or I can't get my documents to upload. Can I just mail copies of my documents?

At this time, we are only accepting uploaded documents. Each document upload should be a single page, multiple uploads are allowed for multi-page documents. If you are having issues with legibility, try taking a well-lit photo with your phone rather than scanning.
